MARITIME HISTORY OF DORCHESTER - Master Mariner, Coast Guard Auxiliarist and Author of the book, Coastal Navigation using GPS for Sail and Power, Frank Larkin gives frequent short talks on Dorchester’s rich maritime history.

CHECK OUT COASTIE - The US Coast Guard Auxiliarists’ animated robotic tugboat interacts with children to teach rules about water safety. Coastie has real navigation lights, a searchlight, rotating beacon, siren and air horn. His eyes and eyelids move but look out he has his own built-in squirt gun!
